Refund Policy

The terms of the refund, in plain language. No fine print, no buried clauses, no interrogation. If the book and the system don't change how you decide, we eat the cost of finding that out. Not you.
The short version: 90 days, full refund, no questions asked. Email once, the money comes back. That is the entire policy.

1. The Promise
Read the book. Run the system on the next three candidates you talk to. If after 90 days of honest use it isn't the calmest, sharpest decision tool you've operated, write in and the refund is yours.
No interrogation. No exit survey. No conditions about “real documented work.” The system works on three candidates, or it doesn't work.
2. How Long You Have
90 calendar days from the date of purchase. The clock starts the day your order is confirmed by Stripe. The cut-off is the end of day 90, in the timezone of your account.
After day 90, refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed. The 90 days is long enough to read the book, run the system on three candidates, and judge it on results. We don't extend the window because the work hasn't happened yet. That's what the 90 days is for.
3. What's Covered
The full bundle price is refundable. That includes:
- The book (PDF and EPUB)
- All nine bonuses
- The audiobook (if purchased at checkout)
- SAI+ Custom GPT access
One refund per customer per purchase. Payment processor fees and any applicable taxes are refunded as part of the original charge.
4. How to Request a Refund
One email. Send it to theo@theselectionstandard.com from the email address on your order, or include your order number.
Subject line: “Refund request.” That's it. You don't owe us a reason. You don't owe us a paragraph. If you want to send feedback, we read every word and we're grateful for it. But the refund doesn't depend on it.
5. When the Money Comes Back
We process refunds within two business days of receiving your email. Stripe then takes between five and ten business days to return the funds to the original payment method. The total wait, in practice, is one to two weeks.
Refunds always go back to the card or account used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
6. Your Files After a Refund
We don't ask you to delete the files. The book, the bonuses, and the audiobook stay on your device. If you read it, used it, and refunded it anyway, that's on the honour system. We don't police it.
Your SAI+ Custom GPT access is revoked at the time of refund. The tool stops working for your account.
7. Chargebacks
If you want your money back, email us. That is the fastest path, and there is no friction in it. A chargeback through your bank takes weeks longer and costs us a fee on top of the refund. It also risks your purchase being flagged as fraud, which can hurt your standing with the card issuer.
We will contest chargebacks filed by customers who didn't email first. We won't contest chargebacks from customers who tried to reach us and didn't hear back within five business days.
