I bought the book. Where are my files?
Your order confirmation email contains the download links for the PDF, EPUB, bonuses, and audiobook (if purchased). If you can't find that email, check your spam folder first, then email theo@theselectionstandard.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send.
How do I read the EPUB on Kindle?
Email the EPUB to your personal Kindle email address (the one ending in @kindle.com). It will appear on your device within a few minutes. Alternatively, Calibre will convert EPUB to Kindle's native format in one click. The PDF works on every device with no conversion.
What if the audiobook MP3s won't play on my device?
The MP3s are standard 192kbps stereo files compatible with every major audio app. If a specific file won't play, try downloading it again — incomplete downloads are the most common cause. If the issue persists, write in and include which file is failing.
How do I access the SAI+ Custom GPT?
The order confirmation email includes the SAI+ GPT link. You need an active ChatGPT Plus subscription (or higher) to use Custom GPTs. Click the link, the tool will onboard you in fifteen questions, and you're running.
I want a refund. What do I do?
Email theo@theselectionstandard.com with the subject line “Refund request.” That's the whole process — no exit survey, no interrogation. Full terms on the refund policy page.
Will updates to the book be free?
Yes. Every buyer gets lifetime access to updates of the book, the bonuses, and the SAI+ tool. When a revision ships, we email the new files to everyone on the buyer list.
Can I share the files with a friend?
The files are licensed for personal use, single reader. If a friend wants to read it, the right move is for them to buy a copy. If sharing happens anyway, we don't police it. The economics of the book don't depend on a copy-protection regime, and the 90-day refund means anyone unsure can find out for themselves at no risk.
